Refurbishing machines is one of our core objectives. PAL will refurb any machine that is simply in need of some new quality parts and an injection of expertise.

There are usually a number of refurbishment projects underway within the factory. So, if you need something on budget and are reassured by our full service and maintenance guarantee then this might be the ideal fit for your needs.

The vertical form-fill and seal machines are hand-built by skilled, experienced packaging machine engineers. The result is an extremely reliable, efficient vertical form fill and seal machine. Maintenance and down-time are therefore kept to a minimum and this makes the machines cost-effective to own and operate. Cyclone are truly innovative packaging machines. 

The machines use a PLC and operator interface unit to store settings such as pack length, sealing temperatures, timings etc. The standard machine can store up to 10 programs, but this can be increased if required. The standard vertical form fill and seal machine finish is in durable powder coating, with all product contact parts in stainless steel. If preferred the machine can be manufactured entirely from stainless steel, or other food-grade/non-corrosive materials.

The vertical form fill and seal machines can be supplied to suit all tyPAL of packaging films, including laminates, co-ex, polypropylene, and with our special sealing system polythene and soluble film. 

Complete packaging systems can be supplied including suitable feeding system, multihead weighers, bucket elevator, rotary packing tables etc.

PAL machines are built to be sustainable. They are built to a high quality which will limit the maintenance and servicing needed but some is inevitable.

Our service team are always available to give advice and in most cases are able to offer next day service. We can repair and maintain machines – the best thing to do is to get in touch with the office and let us know what make and model you need help with. The team can guide you from there.

Service contracts are available for all new machines on request.

Our servicing packages makes sure that you get immediate service is anything goes wrong. Every machines hits issues, whether they are human error, wear and tear or part failure, so having us at the end of the phone is recommended.

Where possible we offer next day service (sometimes even same day) and we are available to talk you through some problems over the phone. There are plenty of common issues that our engineers are used to dealing with so you can be up and running again in moments.
